All of the above have been involved in ongoing harassment and abuse of the writer of this text, in one way or another. This blog is to describe for the reader the details of abuse that seems to be repeated in a series of institutions related to recovery.
Harassment and mistreatment, and mental health abuse:
- The writer has experienced psychological harassment, as well as psychological violence in what seems to be a protracted effort aimed at him.
- He has been misrepresented by professional psychiatrists, told that he was a long time drug user by professionals, when such is not the case.
- At West Pines he was told that he had travelled the world using drugs. This is fabrication, and misrepresentation by a paid psychiatric professional, and seems to have been said to harass the patient, and demean him. Such may have been used to slandering the victim to his family, and others.
- A psychiatrist whom he payed a visit to told a staff member at a rehab in California, where he was a paying client, that the patient was “crazy”. Breach of patient’s rights to privacy, breach of disclosure rules.
- He was pressured into accepting medication against his will, simply to be released from the psychiatric ward of South Coast Medical Center, and such release also depended upon the patient admitting to the doctor that the patients belief concerning situations of a legal nature was erroneous, and based on fiction.
- After release, he returned to South Coast Recovery, where staff members and a housing manager harassed him about taking the medication. He was eventually able to discontinue the medication, but endured undue harassments concerning taking the medication, in a rehab that initially told him, that if he did not want to take a perscribed medication, he had every right to stop taking it. This harassment concerning the medication was unusual, and intense.
- He has been given, by several psychiatrists, the diagnosis of substance use induced psychosis. All such diagnosis are medically unverifiable. The diagnosis were based on the beliefs concerning certain recollections of past events, and in no way were they based on the patients state of mind at the time of consultation. These diagnosis took place in Grand Junction, Colorado, and Orange County, California. They are not based on professional psychiatric evaluations.
Fumigations Unexplained taste corruption of coffee and food, laced cigarettes
The patient/victim entered South Coast Recovery, San Juan Capistrano, in early August, and left in mid October. What he experienced there was a continuation of what I had experienced at the CIRT rehab in Grand Junction, Colorado, as well as at the Denver International Youth Hostel, in Denver , Colorado.
“At South Coast Recovery many of my roomates seemed to be perpetrating spraying at night around my bed. Often my clothing would have been sprayed, for some strange smells would be about them. This would happen to the bedding as well. Identical happenings took place both at the Denver International Youth Hostel, and Colorado West Recovery, Grand Junction.”

This awful assult with fumes and strange unnatural scents has been happening for some time, and since it is covertly done, the victim has never been able to identify it, he can only explained such occurances to friends and family.The victim has been assaulted by covert harassments since February of this year, and one defining element that have been difficult to explain to people is …”scent harassments, chemicals put around me that cause a discomfort in my mouth, and fumigations while lying in bed.”
- The discomfort from the fumes and chemicals, creating numbness, and a strange sensation in the mouth, feels similar to breathing aresol sprays of some chemical cleaner.
- Also chemically laced cigarettes, sometimes from packs ofalready opened that have been tampered with. The victim has been drugged as well, with mild stimulants of some sort, that seem to make one feel on edge, or give me a feeling of uneasy, nervousness, and cuasing me to feel uncomfortable in social settings.
- covert chemicals either put in the victim’s coffee, as well as from unidentifed sources possible gassings, which cause one to feel quite uncomposed, unsettled, and generally strange.

The mental and physical effects described by most targets are achieved by covert poisoning using more or less common neruo-interrupters (organic phosphate pesticides), psychotomimetic agents (drugs) and irritants.The chemicals can be administered by “flipped” coworkers, neighbors, friends, family, local strangers and old or new professional (paid) perps. Neuro-interrupters have a cumulative effect. With successive poisonings there is a gradual decrease in cognitive functioning which is what is intended.
Some psyhcotomimetic agents, usually LSD or similar will be applied to surfaces the victim will ordinarily touch, door handles, cabinet drawers, any place in their home, car and places at work. Daily vitamins, coffee, shampoo or anything used or consumed on a daily basis is a potential contamination target, especially single use items. In the home milk is often contaminated with OP pesticide. It is obvious if put in any clear liquid because the liquid becomes cloudy. After they[perpetrators] believe they have compromised the victims credibility they will become more active and aggressive with contamination and all other aspects of the “organized assault”

The results of this chemical fume harassment activity, an unstable mental state in the victim, serves to support the argument, which is based on fiction and based on the need by some people to protect themselves from the guilt of committing crimes, that the victim suffers from psychosis.
The victim has been misdiagnosed with psychosis, the use of chemical and fumigations serve not only to harass the victim, but also undermine his psychological well being, and perhaps thus lending much to the misdiagnosis staed above.

The patient has traveled much, completed graduate work abroad, and kept a full time jobs abroad and in the United States. He had worked in education, as well. He has never before had any psychological problems, and no such problems run in his family.
Since early this year, he has been struck with a terror stalking(gang stalking) campaign, that has not only effected him, but has effected his family and friends. He has been pushed into the recovery industry, seemingly as part of this terror stalking initiative, and has no alcohol or substance abuse problems, or history of such. In the recovery institutions he has endured great suffering through covert harassments, chemical assaults, and laced items of consumption. He has also been victim of outright abuse within recovery and psychiatry, which is often the case for victims of organised harassment(see links above).

Early this year, in the middle of February 2006, I became the victim of a most insidious crime, one that is difficult for most people to fathom, and one that is not much known to people, in a general sense. It is a crime that I had no knowledge of, until months after being its victim. Becoming quickly wrapped within its tenacious hold, a hold that alters and undermines a person’s entire scope of reality, I witnessed a highly organised psycholigcal assault that isolates one, the victim, in a world in which at just about every turn, and in every environemnt and setting, there are contrived elements of other peoples speech, mannerisms and behaviors that seem directed at undermining ones integrety as a person, while instilling undue guilt for personal qualities. Also the victim is assaulted with pey disrepecting in everyday interactions. Overall, the victim is led to believe that he or she is being punished for an accumulation of all the imperfections that a person may have, as often, the contrived or staged associations will subtly but certainly be directed at weaknesses, and idiosynchosies that the victim possesses. I do mean weaknesses, as opposed to great moral deficits within ones character. Most of the victims of this crime are people who have never ever done any great wrong, let alone crime. Eventually, as the assault unfolds the victim is harassed by an intense highly organised psychological assault that causes them to believe that they are being tested, and investigated for being suspected of either having certain proclivities towards serious, or often heinous crimes, or having committed a serious, or heinous crime. Not knowing that this entire enterprise of pervasion is criminal by nature, the person is lost in isolation. It so stands with this crime that the victims family and social ties are long corrupted and influenced by a well crafted secret slandering campaign, by professional cons, before the psychological assault takes place, thus eliminating the victims avenues of support.
It is this crime’s pervasive and on going nature that seems so unbelievable to most people. The number of individuals, and the amount of time, energy and finance are great. It is difficult to believe that there is a large network of criminals that orchestrate together in concert simply to assault one person. The very covert nature of this crime, one that makes it slip by law enforcement, as well as leaving little in evidence for victims to report or press charges, is one factor that has allowed it to grow into a well organised affiliation of criminals, professional cons, some religious and cultish organisations, fraternal organisations, and more and more, regular people from all walks of life.(see links above for description). The terror stalking trade professionals are usually able to recruit just about anyone, through persuation, posing as law enforement, or by threat, and this creates a tertiary level of perpetration, where shop workers, service personale, co-workers, family and friends of victims are pulled together in the crime so making the overall assault pervade day to day and hour to hour of the victims life.
In late June, after more than several months of being a victim of this crime, I did a simple search on the internet, using the words ’secret harassment’, and this brought me to links of websites with descriptions of a crime that fit exactly with my own experience. I came to understanding that what I was experiencing was exactly the same, or if not, similar, to what other people, have, and were experiencing. My thoughts that I was preceived some authority as being a highly unstable individual with prclivities towards heinous crimes disappeared, and I began to see myself as having a great misfortune, one that left me a target for this crime, for whatever reason.
The question is why? Having no links to crime or criminal organisations, and being someone of no great importance, in the general sense of things, I was at a loss as to why.
Psychological Violence
What this type of organised criminal assault does is rips from you all of your social and familial support, while sending you through what begings as a pervasive slandering campaign, which sets a stage on which to send you into a protracted assault of psychological violence, one in which at every turn you’re being psychologically harassed, and in case of this victim, covertly fumigated and gassed with chemical substances that bring your psychology to a point of submission, and seriously undermine your ability to cope with what is happening . The assault tactics used all are covert, thus hidden, allowing for little in evidence, and thus they do not make sense to most other people. It so happens that many victims of this crime are seen as being mentally unstable. It is by design that such happens, for the assault tactics are not only to bring psychological violence to the victim, but to cause the victim to loo psychologically unstable, when talking about such harassments to others. One of the main objectives is to allow the victim to behave in ways that discredit them. (Please see links above).
Slander, laying the foundations for a psychological assault
The character trashing, or slander, exploits every element of your character, then overlays it with accusations that you have hidden dark secrets, and(or) have committed heinous crimes.
Once the psychological assault begins, you are conditioned to topics and stimuli that relate to the heinous crimes, and then you are psychologically assaulted more.
In my own case I have been sketched as someone who thought himself too unique. Condemned for spending a money on a certain name brand of clothing. People were told that “he is to exceited, hence spends much time on diversity of interests such as political, culture and the like, going to deeply……..”. My spending hours in the sauna and hot pool, while lving abroad was made to look like behavior of a freak, when all it was to me was relaxation, workout, and staying healthy. From ground up, these criminals reconfigured my character and sought to gather the people around me in a concerted effort to reform me, punish me, as well as see me frail when topics that I had been conditioned to, were brought up in structured group environments. The vigilante reformation part of this gang stalking assault came after I had survived incredible psychological abuse, bogus investigations, and discovered for myself what was actually happening to me. It is believed by many that the tactics used in gang stalking are designed to induce the victim’s suicide.
These criminals have influenced my family and friends, perhaps with threats. No one admits to this, though they all know it is true.
The assault on me has had the following:
An every present assault on taste of coffee and beer, as the tastes of the beverages that I drink are often corrupted(tastes), and having strange chemical tastes. Fumigations, and scent harassments, chemicals put about me while I sleep, and strong unnatural scents put on my clothing, and in the air about me at certain times.
Conditioned to feel self conscious when heinous topics are discusssed in structure groups such as AA. Pushed to go to Alcoholics Ananymous, though not an alcoholic, I was put into an environment where such psychological conditioning could take place, the conditioning being a precurser to the psychological harassment and violence that would feed off of it. It was in the meetings of AA that I was intensely harassed with coffee taste alterations (unnaturally bitter or sour tastes) and was sometimes accompanied with mild substances covertly put into my body that cause me an anxious and uncomposed feeling, along with staging and seating, stalking in the meetings or groups.
Harassed with signifiers or stimuli that relate to my personal life, likes and sidlikes. Ex: I would often mega dose with carrot juice, especially at the sauna. I began to see half eaten carrots, often, and they would have been placed in very odd places (bathroom), or on the ground in my path while walking. This is just one example. I was assaulted with a vast array of these seemingly benign psychological tactics each day.
Coordination with others around the victim, bogus investigations
After enduring this assault for some time, I began to understand some of the things that were said by the criminal orgaisers, about meto people who were living with me or around me. This realisation took place at a sober living house in california. I gathered that they state that I am ealily excitable with coffee or other caffiene products, and that I may tend towards sexual behavior if I become to influenced by caffeine. Again, I am certain that with all the psychological violence and covert harassment regarding topics relating to sex, that they have painted me as someone who is prone to sexual misconduct or rape. So it is, I have been harassed not only with taste corrupted coffee, that tastesbad, but also coffee that has had the caffeine nutralized. I have been a consumer of coffee and tea for so many years, and I know what I should feel like when I havehad caffinated coffee. Whether in a shop or where I reside, this tends to be the case.
Needless Expenditures and Venues of Psychological Violence
How I got into the recovery industry and Alcoholics Anonymous is no mystery. I am certain that the criminal professionals organising this assault convinced family that I was in need of such. They did this so that I could be placed for several months in an environment that was highly conducive to organising and implementing ongoing harassments.
Not a habitual drug user, and not an alcoholic, I was put in a most unlikely mileu, surrounded with uneducated, criminally inclined long time users of heroin, opiates, and more. The money needed was rediculous, and my credit rating is shot due to a pile of bills from detox centers, rehabs, sober living houses psychiatrists, and more.The entire scam was insane. I have been tramatised from the experience, as for several month on a daily basis I had to dealt or try to cope with orgainsed psychological undermining, chemical harassments, redicule, and outright cruelty. I could have used such finances to further my study, and go for a PhD. Of course, given all of the gassing, fumigations, and covert drugging at the time, I was in no shape for school. Rather, I was primed for months of organised covert psychological harassment within institutions related to recovery, where a few well connected ex-cons were able to organise other clients in an all out effort to cause serious psychological harm, and overall suffering to an individual who had no business being there in the first place.
Real Life Fallout from Terror Stalking
Slandered at a former employer, when I went to take the job again, and endured staged situations that the criminals sought to do, telling the people that I needed to be harassed for some reason, then being fired, in a weeks time, after spending 400 dollars on a plane ticket, and dropping everything to return to the job, one that I left years ago on very good terms.

Gang Stalking is a protection business for criminals run by criminals. It is all about money and power from the top to the bottom.
Some people think Gang Stalking may be condoned or at least ignored by governments because of a perceived lack of effort on the part of law enforcement to investigate these crimes.

Gang Stalkers coerce family, friends and neighbors to participate in stalking activities. They will use your neighbors houses for surveillance and as a base to launch attacks against you.
Stalkers will rent or buy properties close to you for constant surveillance and attack bases.
Quote – “The expressed goal of Gang Stalking is to silence a victim, drive a victim insane and possibly to the point of suicide, or destroy the victim’s reputation and believability as the person will likely be viewed as mentally ill should they complain or report the abuse.
It involves provoking and harassing someone continually until they become exasperated and respond in some manner. Then this response is recorded and documented as an indication of how “unstable”, “crazy”, “dangerous”, etc. the person is. In effect, playing games with cause and effect.
The harassers as a group may have broken dozens of laws and committed dozens of torts in an effort to provoke someone into responding in some “unstable” manner that they can “document” and use as “evidence”, often with the help of unwitting bystanders.”
The success of Gang Stalking is dependent on the gradual covert poisoning of the victim, using neural interrupters and psychotropic drugs.
The foundation of Gang Stalking is planned slander. Constant roomers of mental illness, defamation of character, implication of criminal behavior. The lies are “tailored” to the victim.
Victims of Gang Stalking are set up for and led into deviant behavior or crimes after they have been drugged/poisoned. This “evidence” will be documented and used against the victim.
When stalkers ask each other if a victim has been sensitized, they are asking if the victim has been poisoned/drugged to the point where “street theater” will be effective to invoke a response. They also want to know the “Gang Stalking Methods” that have been “imprinted” on the victim so they can continue with the same.
Schizophrenia is the “howl” of the Gang Stalker. You might witness “the victim is schizophrenic” attack anywhere but it is especially prevalent in their cyber-stalking. Gang Stalkers often revise the definition of schizophrenia to better fit their goals.
Their chemical attacks are intended to and will cause the mental break down of the victim if they fail to protect themselves. Gang Stalkers intend all poison/drug induced behavior by the victim to be mistaken for mental illness.
Victims of Gang Stalking have reported being attacked by “directed energy weapons”. A type of acoustic weapon that has even been for sale on the Internet in various forms could account for some of these attacks. Here is an example of one in current use by Israel. The capabilities of this weapon and resulting symptoms are accurately reported by Dr. Malcolm Davis on National Public Radio.

Various stalking crews have been reported and are networked throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, India and several other countries. They are made up of well and lesser known organized crime syndicates, street gangs, extremist groups, secret societies, common criminals, and paid, coerced or duped citizens.
Advanced communications have precipitated the growth of this organized crime and are required for it’s operation.
Gang Stalking is intended to completely destroy a victim’s life while leaving little, if any evidence.

You got it right but these groups of criminals are making meth and they are protecting their buisness by attacking who ever they can not controll or recrute. In the futcher their will be 2 groups of people those who use meth and those who sell and make meth. The chemicals they use are what they have on hand to make meth. Ethers, anti-frezglycol alchohol, red phosphrous. A good web site is meth made simple it illistrates what they use and the effects on the body. You can see if any of your symptoms fit. In Arizona they have taken over a majority of the 55 plus mobile home parks. It is so pathetic to have 80 plus year olds trying to kill me everyday and night. I’am a victim of psychiatric abuse its a crime, and in hospital I have witnessed the twisted mentality of mental health professionals such as abuse like punishing me with force drugging of antipsychotics , chemical restraints ,isolation for days at a time with in appropriate meals, and nursing staff threating me with anything they thought of and it just depends on how mad you got the staff that day. I never did anything out of control or did I get violent,yet I was just standing up for patients rights and making my argued opinions in result I would get tortured with over dosing of forced antipsychotic drugs. I have even witnessed nursing staff murder a co-patient and it was sickening,frustrating and very sad part of my life. I also have a young friend who got an E.C.T done and it has completly fried his memory. after the reinforcement of drugs I have had tremors symtoms of N.M.S head pains, heart cardiac pains,weight gain ,dizzyness and sleepiness all caused by side affects of antipsychotic drugs. I suffer each day with the symptoms and I don’t think I will live that long on psychiatric medication its deadly look at the statistics if anyone can help me with this prosectution I would appreciate all the help I can get please I can name a few people who were responsible for the murders of some people:

Could you respond to me, I am going by Elizabeth, and have had lots of problems, as I was an assertive person in the new North Bay hospital psych ward from July 16th to 22nd 2011, the psychiatrists name is Dr. Susan Angela Johnston, and the staff were neglectful, abusive to patients, in particular me, isolation was a key factor and the list goes on, am filing an 11 page e-mail with the psychiatric advocate at that hospital, if there is anything you can help me with, if it at all is current for the hospital now, that would be great. Do you know if Dr. Cochrane is still in practice or Mark Samuel or Sandy Robb are still working at their jobs? Their names do not stand out. Anything you can tell me would be great, as next week, I will be meeting with 2 people, the advocate for the floor of the acute care ward and the appointed advocate for the psychiatric care for the hospital, so far I met with him just to pick up my belongings 5 days after I was sent home(they kept all my personal belongings, to continue to study me(ie my personal effects in my purse) and when I met with him, he told me the roles of the staff were different that what I were told they were), ie. the social worker was not the social worker, but was a different staff, etc. and I actually did not sign myself out. The psychiatrist kicked me out, I knew too much. The psychiatrist screamed at me threw her hands and fingers towards me, it’s all on security tape and the advocate says they can’t get their hands on it….and that’s only a very, very small part of everything that went on. Mostly the drugs they give you are not what is prescribed, as I have been on meds before and the reactions I had to them were not normal(I knew too much and had to be shut-up and stopped) in any way they could, garbage bags line their suicide watch floors, and the patience go unsupervised for hours. Things need to change, like I said, it would take days for me to write my entire story(this is only one very small piece. Even when I let them know about a heart condition I had and my heart was hurting and my pulse was so high after a drug they gave me specifically gave me chest pains and they said the next day I would see a doctor, I felt like I was going to faint and couldn’t get off the bed, they were going to give me the same drug the next day….I had to be stopped, I was a threat and I do not doubt for one minute killing me was not far from their minds(paranoia does not go with my diagnosis), nor does non compliance. I work with developmentally disabled individuals and my children have disabilities to some degree and I am not prone to panic attacks as well, so I do know when something is not right and when staff scream at a patient in front of all the patients in a cafeteria to eat their food or they can’t leave the premesis, I would be fired.These are only small incidents that I am quoting, the bigger ones will have to wait for the investigations and if I can’t get anywhere, I don’t know where to go from their, maybe to the college of physicians and surgeons.? Not too sure……………

It’s me again, sorry to bug you again, I am finding the story over and over again in blogging sites, but I can’t find a newspaper clipping or a college of physician or surgeon web site that shows the conviction of Cochrane or the RN or RPN, I totally believe that what you say happened, I am just going to need proof before I go into the meetings next week, can you guide me in the right direction, even if it is only a little bit, I do know that the college of physicians and surgeons don’t give you anything anymore, even convictions, not like they used to and my time is limited to continue looking, but so far I have found your blog on unsolved Canadian crimes, but the sites quoted don’t take me to any sites except blogging sites, so if you can help in the next week, because what you say is exactly what was done to me, minus the sexual aspect and ECT aspect of the ordeal, but what I am going to do will uncover a lot more, as I did witness more. Try to stay away from anti psychotic or depression meds. I think there is some way they are putting chips in the pills. I can’t prove it, but it’s not impossible. These meds are almost always involved in the senseless killings and shootings. Remember Arron Alexis, the alleged Navy shooter? I say alleged b/c the military made sure they shot him so he could never speak for himself. He was a victim of gangstalking and complained to the military. They laughed and put him on a medicine called Trazadone for sleep. It was a blood sacrifice because 13 people died including the shooter. Many of these shootings are orchestrated by federal agencies and an innocent pawn is blamed for it. This happened to James Earl Ray for Mlk jrs shooting. Also Siran Siran for killing Kennedy. They were probably drugged and hypnotized into giving a false confession.

25 GOOD REASONS WHY PSYCHIATRY MUST BE ABOLISHED
1. Because psychiatrists frequently cause harm, permanent disabilities, death – death of the body-mind-spirit.

Because psychiatrists frequently misinform their patients, families and the public by claiming that brain-disabling procedures such as the neurotoxins (e.g.,”antipsychotic medication” and “antidepressasnts”), electroconvulsive brainwashing (electroconvulsive therapy/”ECT”), psychosurgery (lobotomy) and other behaviour modification-mind control procedures are “safe, effective and lifesaving”. I was 203ed against my will. While held at the facility, I was unable to sleep on my bed unless I removed the sheets. The day I went to court I refused medicine so as to be lucid for the judge. My lawyer got it down to one simple action I had to promise to take if I was released. When I went back to the facility to pack, I got so very dizzy, yet I prevailed. At the front desk, the head psychiatrist refused to put her signature on the papers, putting me off for almost an hour while I watched her talking on the phone. At every turn, I was told it would be best for me to stay there (on medications) for at least a month. I left alot of innocent people there. Now I am resolved to help as many of those like me.Do not look helpless. If you are going through hard times keep it to yourself and KNOW WHO YOU ARE and never let anyone tell you differently. I am being gassed as I write this at home.

RN:Mark Samuel, Nurse Sex Offender Convicted
On Sept 8,2005 RN:Mark Samuel was sentenced to five years in Jail with all but two years suspended,having been convicted in January 2004 of unlawful sexual contact with a 6 year-old girl . Mark Samuel counseled the girls mother. when the counseling ended , the three became friends attending family fuctions together. The misuse of psychiatry and psychiatrists in organized stalking and harassment goes beyond the terrible signle perpetration of some doctor that is a sexual deviant who assaults patients. In organized stalking the victims cannot file suit in court against the doctors and the institutions. It usually leaves little evidence, and in cases where the victim is blatantly assaulted with identifiable mental health malpractice, no one will help them to take the case to court. Lawyers will be told by the criminal stalkers to back down or be threatened.
These crimes are planned and systematic, but no one gets caught. Not until congress begins to seriously consider organized stalking and harassment as a serious problem that destroys peoples lives and drives people to suicide, nothing will come of it. The media is totally complicity in the serious cover-up of this highly organized, highly criminal activity.

However, the u.s. government is to blame, as well,,because they know this is happpening and not taking action to stop it. Giving vigilantes a free-pass. So, even though the government is not directly involved they are not doing anything or enough to stop the worst crime wave in u.s. history. This is causing some to extreme measures of self defense. When you see someone mysteriously killing 50 people, or destroying a whole-small town, by commanding a homemade tank, its most likely a gangstalking operation gone terribly wrong. This is not a criminal but an individual provoked to violence. The result of community based harrassment.

Hello,
my experience with gang stalking started a year ago. First there was a cause. On my vacation I was harassed because of my disability and foreign origin by adults with a group of boyscouts (of Florida) on a campground. Those people were full of hatred and were even using young children for their harassment. At the end they were thrown out of the campground. They made a severe threat that something will happen to me if they see me again.
After that an initiation phase began with street theatre involving homless people, street gangs, neighbours and in few cases even local police. In some cases it was done by telling around vicious lies so people in were reacting on me. The harassment included also crime like various breakins into my car and apartment. Then it changed into a more covert form of harassment with electromagnetic fields and sound. I caught a neighbours operating some kind of transmitter (maybe ham radio) hearing them positioning it on the floor and measuring it at that position. They made me sensitive to electromagnetic fields and vibration. I had vibrations in my legs and also got a tinnitus. They used it also to sleep deprivate me. At that time I had job interviews and started a new job. But I stayed successful in my job despite the lack of sleep. Another technique was playing faint voices during the nighttime. The effect was that I started hearing voices in noise (air conditioning etc.). I felt like being harassment by everyone everywhere.
I protected myself against it by measuring it (3field meter, audio/video recordings), jamming the audio and radio signals (CB radio, coil, white noise generator), shielding from it (iron/steel sheets and foil) and also targeting the suspected neighbour (trying to confront, complaining at police and apartment management). Those vibrations and voices disappeared. I also restricted access to my apartment and car installing better locks and alarms. It gave me a peace of mind. I recommend to stay calm and show yourself decent in the neighbourhood. Evaluate your actions whether they are reasonable and do not get into the trap getting marked as violent or crazy. It will result in more severe problems and will reduce opportunities for help. Try to socialize (most decent people are not into that crime). Don’t get them disrupt your live. Stay employed and enjoy your hobbies and your life.If you hear voices, become noisy by listening to music and learn to hear noise by concentrating on the noise. Make yourself conscious that you cannot be stalked by everyone everywhere. In case of breakins, assaults or if you have an evidence of the harassment get the police involved that it is at least documented. In case of harassment because of race, sexual orientation, by police etc. it may makes sense to contact the local FBI office (hate crime). In my case external help was not existing. My relatives and friends were the most important hold. I also made the experience that most people do not believe that such a harassment even exist. I basically kept my family informed daily so they have gotten a view over a longer period of time.

Every cause has a symbol of hope, a ray of light. When people see this ribbon, it’s with the hope that they will realise that there are Targeted Individual and that they are suffering.

Hi,
I am in total agreement with the statements above stating psychology does not heal. Two of the darkest experiences in my life have involved psychology. My definition of a dark journey are paths away from SELF. I believe people can be healed and helped in an environment or relationship of love and equality — only. Very simply we are “created equal” in both the “eyes of law and spirit” The one place I believe spiritualism and law meet correctly. I am a target of organized harassment and have been disabled by this experience. I’m starting again.
TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS – best advice given so far.
PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING – once again, I’ve started making legal contacts. It is still difficult for me to call the PD because a planter has been moved. But, most stuff I’m doing again. The invalidation of the experience was a major obstacle which I needed to overcome. The information online literally described the totality of my experience and helped significantly. It is “unbelievable” and the disabling consequences can not be understood by onlookers – period. Educating others is part of the solution. It also helps me to logically articulate my experience in my attempts to obtain assistance.

A mental Health Consumer Provider’s experience working on two Programs of Assertive Community Treatment
After an accident I was disabled for five years. During this time I received Social Security Disability Income and counseling. I joined a club house in Newton Massachusetts for vocational counseling. After volunteering there I got a temporary employment placement. I did janitorial work on two days each week for two hour shifts at some group homes. On one night each week I attended a vocational support group to discuss issues related to the job. After this I found a part time telemarketing job. This independent employment was a step in the right direction. I had an excellent college education and had difficulty getting hired. I thought this could be related to having been disabled. Employers are careful in hireling people and this can exclude people who can do the job but have been unemployed. I was grateful that a program was available in my community to help disabled people get jobs. Being excluded from the work force creates a unique poverty of the soul. I vowed that someday I would help disabled people with finding jobs.
A year and six months into my recovery I got a residential counselor job working with individuals called mentally retarded. I slept overnight three nights. This was an excellent situation for someone with depression. I got off public assistance and was self supporting, productive and responsible member of society. After you worked for a year at the agency you were eligible for tuition reimbursement. I took advantage of this and enrolled in the U Mass Boston’s Rehabilitation Counseling program.
After taking one course a semester for a few years I moved into a therapeutic community where I worked as a counselor with mental health clients. Working in a supportive environment as a counselor and learning about mental health counseling helped me grow as a person and nurture the growth of people I worked with. I worked in this position and studied rehabilitation counseling for five years. After I earned a Masters in Counseling I got certified as a rehabilitation counselor.
Then I took a job with a Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) in central Massachusetts. I was able to advocate for clients and help them with a lot of problems. I liked the fact that we did outreach and helped clients where ever they were. This type of work brought me to homeless shelters, schools, work places, hospitals, jails and client’s homes. The psychiatrist and staff were supportive. Because the program was associated with a University teaching and learning were emphasized. I received good performance reviews over my four years of employment. I handled numerous crisis situations effectively. I helped clients to find jobs.
After four years I was offered a better paying position at another PACT. I had twelve years experience and not one complaint on my record. I moved near to Malden take a position as a Vocational Counselor with a PACT in Malden at Tri-City Mental Health Center (TCMHC). The company was merging with Eliot Community Mental Health (ECMH). This was because TCMHC had committed fraud in billing Medicaid and the director of rehabilitation stole from clients. I understood that the company was in transition. I was confident in my ability to help clients and I knew I had a good work ethic and thought that would be enough to succeed. No one new I had a disability when I took the job. I had the experience of being on an effectively operated PACT. This experience was needed because the program had problems.
After taking the job I saw that clients were not getting services they needed with housing and employment. Clients needed help. Staff would say that clients were to “symptomatic” to benefit from help with these important issues. Staff treated clients in a condescending manner. I raised my concerns about client treatment with Aaron Katz the new program director. A Katz did not have the required credentials or experience to manage the program. This program was designed to serve the most disabled and vulnerable mental health consumers in the area. The response I got was “mind your own place and business”. I could see his approach to management was to bully subordinates, use intimidation and push people around. For example he and another manager would co supervise a counselor while A Katz sat at a computer taking notes like it was a disposition. You never knew what was being written. I asked if I could take notes during a meeting but was told this was not allowed. I do not respond well to this approach by a manager.
In my first month of employment I was asked to take a client to get a toxicology screen. The test results could get the client in legal trouble. I thought that this task was a bad idea for our first meeting. I found out latter this client had been charged with attempted murder. I was not told about his background but just to take him to get tested. I refused to do this. This is just one example of a number of problems where clients and staff were put at odds because of poor management. (Reports to DMH never told what was going on.) In a PACT program clients are often under court order to get treatment and have the program manage their money. The only way to be sure clients are not coerced and staff is acting ethically is for there to be effective communication between all staff and management. However this was not possible at the ECHS PACT all communication was one way. Aaron Katz gave orders and expected staff to obey his orders without question. It was as if the clients weren’t people but animals to be feed anti-psychotic medications. A Katz the program director would say “I have to micromanage everything”. If a team meeting was going on counselors were expected to raise there hand and ask permission to go to the bathroom. We were in team meetings ten hours a week.
The work place became hostile. I think it was because other staff saw that I advocated for clients in meetings and management felt threatened. I got the “you aren’t fitting in talk” from the manager. Then I got a written warning that threatened termination. This was for late paper work. Some of the paper work was the program directors (A Katz) responsibility. I explained that I had dyslexia and I asked for some extra time to complete the paper works. I advocated for my self and asked for the accommodations that I am entitled to under the American’s with Disabilities Act. Other than this minor issue I had demonstrated leadership in important matters. I helped client’s find jobs and housing. I managed crisis situations. My request for more time to do paper work was denied by a Katz.
Then after a client in crisis did not get help from management in a timely manner a blame game started. I had brought the client in crisis to meet the manager. I got blamed because this client who needed to be hospitalized ended up driving in Malden. This happened after I warned the manager that he needed help. A staff person from the day program was in his car. He could have crashed his car into someone. But I was blamed for this management neglect. I filed two grievances with the SEUI union. Management ignored them. I developed health problems as a result of the stress I was under. The management created a hostile work place. I even got treatment for job related stress. I let A Katz and M Mathews a senior manager know I was being treated for job related stress. The work place got more hostile. I requested time off but this was denied. Even though I had a doctors note as evidence that I had job related stress and both vacation and personal time.
Basically I was thrown out like the trash. The reason was because I advocated for clients, workers rights and would not accept unethical behavior by management. ECHS management contested my unemployment claim. At hearings M Mathews and Aaron Katz committed perjury. After four hearings the Massachusetts Department of Employment and Training found I had an urgent and compelling reason for ending the job. I was paid unemployment compensation. ECHS management also refused to pay me for my last two weeks work. I went to small claims court and named Pam Burns the Human Resources Director in my complaint. I had an excellent case but the hearing officer was a Malden court clerk named Paul Burns. Without considering the facts I lost my case.
Because of all this I lost my health insurance and couldn’t continue treatment. Now, I can not get a good job because I do not have a reference from my last employer. My health problems have not been treated. I am applying for Social Security Disability. I found management’s main interest was in misleading the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health about how the PACT was operated. Ethical issues were not to be discussed. Dishonesty and hostility were the foundations of management’s practice. They treat counselors like dogs and laugh at the SEUI union.

Have been harassed for over 3 years with this annoying vibration whenever I sit or lie down to sleep. Sometimes it lasts for hours. For the past year and a half I have endured the putrid smell of a smoke odor that is so strong, that it causes nose bleeds. It dries out your sinus and causes chest discomfort. When I moved to a new residence in March 2009, I continued to have smoke enter my apartment. That means whomever is harassing me and trying to make me feel ill has accomplices who continue to do what was done at my last residence. Moving did not help. In fact, things got worse. Somehow, these lunatics are able to do things to my head while I am sleeping, walking or sitting in my apartment. It verifies what I have always known. I have been monitored with camera and vocals. I can be seen and heard. You can hear the clicking and strange sounds as it is taking place. A sensor was set-up in the bathroom so these imbeciles will know when I am moving around or bending in the shower. Even though I shower and dress in the dark, they are getting explicit pictures of me without ever having my permission. I waste so much time writing letters asking for help that I have not been able to work. I would not be able to find employment because these nasty ones spread the rumor that I make up stories and I am delusional and depressed. They got all of that wrong. I tell the truth, see things clearly and I am so angry that no one is able to help me. I was set up so perfectly, that the perfect crime is being committed. I am not sure what they are doing to my head, but it is painful and caused my ears and head to fill with fluid. It is surely possible that something was placed in my apartment. I also think there is another way, that really does not make any sense to me. Besides, the strong chemical odors that seem to vent into my apartment, I am thinking that because I can be seen, someone with medical training is somehow able to pinpoint sections of my head causing this pinprick sensation that is uncomfortable. It closes off my ear, causes headaches that last all day and ruins my otherwise good day. These individuals do not want me to leave my apartment, find work, or have friends. They need to have me around, to harass me and take photos of what I do during the day. I do not know what is being done with my pictures. Since the police had knowledge of this at my last location and did not believe me, I therefore hold little regard or value to what they think. There lack of help over serious issues, leaves me wondering what kind of protection law enforcement is capable of giving. No one should be allowed to enter the privacy of one’s home through camera, video and audio equipment without permission. What is even move appalling is that my family members do not believe what I am telling them. It feels like I was set-up, so that someone could continue to harass me and all my complaints go ignored. When there is enough complaints without anyone actually seeing anything, they think I am not of sound mind. This situation is mind-boggling and should be treated as a crime. I think the legal system has not updated their laws and knowledge of what the average devious person is capable of doing. Technology has expanded so that someone who has the intent to harm someone, can then easily look up information on the internet and create a scenario, making it look like a person is in need of psychiatric care. It is very hurtful. When I have complained to the apartment complex management, they in turn do not really want to get involved in my situation. Therefore, nothing is investigated, in the hope that I will move again. I am scared. If you have any informative comments that might help me, I am listening. What started out as annoying harassment, has turned serious, dangerous and is affecting my health. Did you ever hear of anyone using a medical technique that can cause your head to feel full and hurt? Is it possible that some gases are being used. Some of the chemicals had a distinct odor and just made me uncomfortable. What is causing my head to feel full has no odor. It goes away and then returns. Over an entire day, my head feels sore. If my arteries are involved, these individuals might be trying to cause a stroke. I went for an MRI this week. It came back as normal with fluctuations in the pressure. I never had that before. Therefore, this tampering is causing a problem for me. How do you tell a health professional that someone is messing with your head? Most people do not understand harassment. It is serious and dangerous. I welcome any advice. I also believe my car is monitored. It is a very sad commentary on what humans are capable of. Thank you for reading this.

Has anyone had a really bad experience ie isolation, withdraw, bad drug reactions, neglect, and the list goes on in the new North Bay hospital that was just built in Feb 2011, I am filing a complaint now with the psychiatric advocacy’s office. it’s about 11 pages long. Lots of long term patients are turning their head and not wanting to talk, even garbage bags of plastic line their suicide watch wards (unnoticed for hours on end) these are suicide watch wards, this is a major disaster waiting to happen and that’s just the good news.

The North Bay Regional Health Centre is reexamining the design of its railings following the death of a man last week.
Bonnie Rymal, vice-president of strategy management at the facility, said her team had received “a couple of concerns” about the height of the glass railings before Thursday’s incident.
“We did approach the hospital’s architect after hearing these concerns (prior to the death) and they gave us options for both interim and permanent solutions,” she said Monday afternoon, adding another architect will be asked to review the railings.
The man died Thursday after jumping from one floor to another. It happened just four days after the new $1.2-billion North Bay Regional Health Centre — which includes 30 years of financing and maintenance — officially opened Jan. 30. The health centre houses patients from the Northeast Mental Health Centre, as well as those from the North Bay and District Hospital’s Scollard and McLaren sites.
There are three floors in some parts of the new facility. Each storey has walkways about 16 feet high with waist-high glass panels as railings.
Hospital spokeswoman Pat Stephens on Friday would not say what kind of treatment the patient was receiving, where exactly the incident happened, or whether it was an area open to the public.
Rymal said her team “will conduct a very thorough investigation and make sure no stone is unturned.
“We expect a permanent change in the structure will be recommended,” she said, noting senior management and the hospital board will make the final decision on any design changes.
It’s unclear whether the hospital or the builder would be on the hook for any additional design costs.
Rymal said she isn’t sure how long it will take to complete the investigation. A meeting to review the incident is planned Wednesday.
Rymal said some changes have already been implemented.
She said furniture has been moved away from the railings, unit doors in the acute portion of the hospital are locked during low traffic hours and there are more security guards on patrol.
The hospital is offering counselling to anyone in need, and some people have taken advantage of the help.
The hospital’s risk management team responds to about one incident per month, but most of the cases involve falls causing broken bones.
“As soon as practically possible we will disclose to the family and patient all the facts surrounding the incident, the actions being taken to address the consequences to the client and recommendations that need to be implemented.”
She said witnesses and clients are also interviewed and a formal review process takes place. All factors surrounding the incident will be examined.
A report will be complied and sent to the medical advisory committee and the hospital board’s quality committee.

It was just confirmed to me that this man was indeed a psychiatric patient. I don’t know if the family did any investigation of their own. I also don’t know if it was the same psychiatrist as I had, but if he had near the same treatment I had, I don’t blame him.

Guys, has anyone figured out that in all the places in the entire world, North Bay< Ontario, Canada, figures the most prominently over the years, doesn't that make your skin want to crawl????????, In the 1960's, not however they were frying everyone's brain with ect, so to just pick on them may not be right, as everyone was involved. But my x mother-in-law had all memory erased even from childhood in the 60's into the early 80's with ect treatments in North Bay, the OH on hwy 11. when she suffered extreme psychosis from her post partem depression and physical abuse from her x husband. Now my x's family(siblings) is so ashamed of mental illness, they are not interested in filing a suit or looking at any class action, as everybody did it, just like the lobotomy phase. But so much in the news and these complaints, it's not just a coincidence that it's so focused on this tiny town of the Gateway to the North at just 54 thousand in Northern Ontario…….Lets keep talking and digging, please come up with facts and lets just stick to this page I can't give out my IP address, I have to keep it out in the open, keep coming up with real, provable stuff about North Bay guys, that would be a real help. I am allways a victume of body tech harrassment. they ring my ears alot. they never seem to let me go. even though i know that this world is a fake world ment for only the extremly rich. or law power, military and doctor power. because that is the only way one can be totaly free. do any of you think because it is a known fact that every government knows about body tech being in everyone. but the people they have fighting for them do not know that they have it. and the militarys can track them all that it is a mass murder. and that this world is a fake world deeming men poor. and useless to the posperity of humans and individiuality? here is a fact. i now have anything i say in my head will be used aginst me. they electric shock me. they bald me. and they electrick shock my cheek and hold burns in my face. and you know i even felt electric shock jolts in a scar i have in my head. it outlined the scar. meaning that they have no intention to help get rid of the scar. to me. because do i know what they are doing? no. i have emailed governments about this. an fbi. and things like that. and things have got better. so i do suggestt that you start your plan today. because they will help you. but you know anything i say… well some times anything i think. and not say anything but think. it is sometimes so horrible. i wish i was god to rid myself from human life. there is so much of this stuff. and it will never be allowed ithink for the public to take these things into their own hands because i saw that the governments have anti machine weaponary. and the police have even rung the bells they have to ticket you on my exact thought that they shock me on.

who is keeping the peace from this place? I think that it is just being here with everyone … and i think some say no becuase they are actually a private counrty that want no one in their land because it must be owned by someone who has most their place private. for rich people that make in life more than billions a year. and trillions a year. and spend spend in the public.
i honestly do not want to be apart of this … not after thinking all the things i have and then realizing that they were deforming me and disabling me on purpose and it was torturing me. and still is. damn it.

All of the above have been involved in ongoing harassment and abuse of the writer of this text, in one way or another. This blog is to describe for the reader the details of abuse that seems to be repeated in a series of institutions related to recovery.
Harassment and mistreatment, and mental health abuse:
The writer has experienced psychological harassment, as well as psychological violence in what seems to be a protracted effort aimed at him.
He has been misrepresented by professional psychiatrists, told that he was a long time drug user by professionals, when such is not the case.
At West Pines he was told that he had travelled the world using drugs. This is fabrication, and misrepresentation by a paid psychiatric professional, and seems to have been said to harass the patient, and demean him. Such may have been used to slandering the victim to his family, and others.
A psychiatrist whom he payed a visit to told a staff member at a rehab in California, where he was a paying client, that the patient was “crazy”. Breach of patient’s rights to privacy, breach of disclosure rules.
He was pressured into accepting medication against his will, simply to be released from the psychiatric ward of South Coast Medical Center, and such release also depended upon the patient admitting to the doctor that the patients belief concerning situations of a legal nature was erroneous, and based on fiction.
After release, he returned to South Coast Recovery, where staff members and a housing manager harassed him about taking the medication. He was eventually able to discontinue the medication, but endured undue harassments concerning taking the medication, in a rehab that initially told him, that if he did not want to take a perscribed medication, he had every right to stop taking it. This harassment concerning the medication was unusual, and intense.
He has been given, by several psychiatrists, the diagnosis of substance use induced psychosis. All such diagnosis are medically unverifiable. The diagnosis were based on the beliefs concerning certain recollections of past events, and in no way were they based on the patients state of mind at the time of consultation. These diagnosis took place in Grand Junction, Colorado, and Orange County, California. They are not based on professional psychiatric evaluations.

. I have been sober for 23 years and had gone to recovery meeting daily for years. till one day I heard my name on a police band radio followed by tell the people that day I began to be followed by the National Citizens Police Academy Association and the National Sheriffs Association. They track me by cell phone GPS and encourage recovery members, businesses, and coworkers even family to harass me it has gone on for 4 years now.I did not have any noxious stimulus harassment but it is all the same they do anything to gaslight the target. I have seen others in recovery get chased out in the same manor but I never realized the harassment as being so bad in till it was focused on me. it is no coincidence that the first NA meeting was held in a building owned by law enforcement. there are many police operatives and narc agents in recovery. I now am positive they will make friends with you for years till they turn to the harassment. they use anything they can to profile like the step work and listning to your sharing then use the information to torture the targeted individual they rarely go over the line to cause physical harm but do extreme mental harassment and an occational planed car accedent. I went to UNITY NA in Wichita Kansas. the harassment was so bad the place I got daily hope and serenity, became daily humiliation and agony due to the harassment.
I would like to build a class action lawsuit regarding law enforcement being directly tied to organized harassment. feel free to contact me I am trying but i am up against a brick wall. I have tryed to get help from laywers and have been turned down from all of them i do have an apointment to see one tomarrow wish me luck. Even the ACLU refuses to help me against law enforcement harassing me in such a manor.

This information sounds too good to be true! Sounds like one of those extortion rackets where they set up accounts in another country to run their monies through all the while stalking victims and their families and demanding money through their schemes. Perhaps disguised as a study for AA and pretending to find a genetic link to addiction, bipolar, personaity disorders or some other reason average citizens will never be as well adjusted or perfect as those seen on TV-who are the only ones the police will protect.
